Instant Impact is a team of passionate, experienced filmmakers led by Omar, a director and producer with 16 years of experience. We shoot with cinema equipment and travel wherever your wedding takes place.

Our work: to fade into the background, catch the gestures that matter and edit a film that feels like your day. You keep the same point of contact from the first conversation to delivery.

Depending on the scale of your day, the team changes size. For a more intimate wedding, Omar shoots it himself: a single, discreet and attentive presence. For larger weddings, we bring a full team of filmmakers and technicians.

Wedding film

The story of your day edited like a film, 4 to 12 minutes depending on the package, with sound and the music you choose.

Teaser

A short clip of about 45 seconds, ready to share with loved ones in the first days.

Full ceremony

The ceremony filmed start to finish, with the vows clearly heard thanks to microphone recording.

Speeches and reception

Speeches, laughter and first dances, edited into a separate film.

Wedding photography

A photographer present during the day, with a selection of retouched photos delivered in a private gallery.

Aerial shots

Images of the venue from the sky, subject to local regulations and weather.

Live streaming

Your ceremony streamed live for loved ones who cannot travel.

Same-night edit

A short film of under a minute, delivered the same day, before the evening begins, so you and your guests can relive the day that night. Included in Prestige, optional with the other packages.

How far ahead should I book?

Summer Saturdays go early. As soon as your date and venue are set, write to us: our team will contact you within 24 hours.

How does the deposit work?

A 20% deposit secures the date; the balance is paid on the wedding day.

When do we receive the films?

The teaser first, then the full film and the photo gallery. Films are delivered within 2 months at most, photos within 1 month at most.

Do you travel outside Montreal?

Yes, anywhere in the world. Travel costs depend on the location and duration.

What is your filming style?

Natural and discreet. We stage nothing: we keep a respectful distance, keep the sound of the day and edit a story true to what you lived.

Which languages do you speak?

Our team speaks French, English, Spanish and Arabic, and we adapt to your guests and traditions.

What if we need to postpone the date?

We look at the options together: your deposit is kept and we offer a new date, subject to our availability.

Are aerial shots possible everywhere?

They depend on local regulations and weather. We check venue permissions with you before the day.

How many photos will we receive?

Depending on the package, 300 to 500 retouched photos delivered in a private gallery. More on request.

What music goes with the film?

We talk it through with you before editing, but you do not have to choose it: we take care of it, with music that suits the mood of your day. If you have a specific song in mind, keep in mind that a commercial song can get the video blocked once posted online (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).

Can we watch a complete film before booking?

Yes. The films on this page are examples, and we can show you others during our first conversation.
